For the past twenty-two years, BSF Properties, Inc. has developed exceptional homes in the Greenwich, Connecticut area.  With over $80 million in sales, our company builds all different style homes, emphasizing classic Georgian and Federal Colonial.  Our creative ideas and design inspiration are heavily influenced by historic homes and gardens in the United States and abroad.  We place a premium on old-fashioned craftsmanship, while incorporating all the amenities of contemporary living. Our goal is to create gracious and warm spaces for family living.

BSF was awarded the 2016 HOBI Award for the best spec home in the $8-$10 million range in the state of Connecticut by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Connecticut. This award was based on architectural design, building quality and materials, craftsmanship, technology and energy features, site planning and landscaping. The project is located at 1 Doverton Drive in the prestigious Sabine Farm Association in Greenwich. It is a Georgian-style home with 10,800 sq. ft. on two acres with a 20′ x 40′ pool, a 2000 bottle wine cellar, a driftwood paneled library, and an open plan kitchen/breakfast room/two-story family room area. BSF was also awarded the 2014 HOBI Award for the best spec home over $6 million in Connecticut for 895 Lake Avenue in Greenwich. It was a genuine honor for BSF to receive these awards given the scope and the outstanding quality of the competitive builders.
